Biocomposite Membranes of Sodium Alginate and Silk Fibroin Fibers for Biomedical Applications

Biocomposite membranes from biodegradable and biocompatible natural polymers were prepared from sodium alginate solution reinforced with silk fibroin fibers in several fiber content by casting and solvent evaporation
